LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, JEANE'I'TE H. WRIGlI'r, Carroll County, Maryland,
being of sound mind and good memory, mindful of tho uncertainty
of human life, not acting under duress, menacel fraud or

undue irifluence of any person whomsoever, and desirous of
~isposing of such property as shall be mine at my death to
dispose ofl and such property over which I may exercise a
power of appointment, hereby expressly revoke any and all
other Wills, codicils and testaments by me at any time
heretofore made, and do now hereby make, publish and declare
the fOllowing to be my Last Will and Testament, to witl
ITEM 1 - I authorize my Executrix to pay all my
just debts, the expenses of my last illness and the expenses
of the administration of my ostatol and I authorize my Executrix
to 'expend such sums for my funeral and burial and for the
ereotion of a suitable stone or marker at my grave and
inscription thereon as may, in my Executrix' discretion, be
deemed to be proper, any limitat.ions which may be imposed by
law to the contrary notwithstanding, and without tho necessity
of prior order or subsequent ratification by the Orphans I
Court or any other Court.
ITEM-.l - I give, deviso and bequenth, in fee simple,
absolutely and foreverl unto my beloved daughter, HELEN ANN
WRIGHT, if living at my donth, my residence and lot in Frizzell-
burg, Carroll County, Maryland, together with all household
furniture and furnishings therein.
ITEM 3 - I givel devise, bequeath and appoint all
the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal

vided that the share of either daughter who should predecease
me with descendants living at my doath shall pass to her
descendants then living, per stirpes and not per capita.
ITmM 4 - I constitute and appoint my beloved daughter,
HELEN ANN WRIGHT, if willing and able, and if not willing ~nd
able, my beloved daughterl BETTY J. DEWOLF, 'as Executrix of
this, my r.ast Will and Tostament and roquest that my Executrix
be excused frem the nocessity of furnishing bond as such.
I authorize my Executrix to hold tho share allocated
to any minor child until he or she attains legal age, or to
distribute tho same to his or her parent or guardian, to
such other person as may bo in proper charge of such minor
. to hold for such minor until ho or she attains legal age, or
to a custodian undor the Uniform Gift to Miners Act, ori!
my Executrix deems bestl to distribute thci samo directly to
the minor, and a releaso duly eXDcutcd by any such person or.
minor to whom such distribution is made shall be a full and
oomplete acquittance and discharge to my said Executrix.
I hereby confer upon my Executrix pOW~1r to compromise
and settle all claims for or ugainst my estate, and full
power ,nd authority to soll, assign, transfer, convoy,
exchange, divide, 1.nvostl reinvest, borrow, mortgage, pledge,
