I, BOYD J. YOST, of the Township of East pennsboro, County of
Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void any and all Willa by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my death as may be convenient to my Execu-
trix hereinafter named.
2. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate to my wife, Verna M. Yost, provided she
shall survive me for a period of thirty (30) days.
3. In the event my wife, Verna M. Yost, should predecease
me or die on or before the thirtieth day following my death, I
give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate to my then living issue per stirpes.
4. I nominate and appoint my wife, Verna M. Yost, to be
the Executrix of this, my Will. If my wife, Verna M. Yost, does
not survive me or is unable or unwilling to act in this capacity,
I nomi.nate and appoint my sons, Lester S. Yost and Wayne E. Yost,
to be Executors of this, my Will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand and seal this
