I, IVA M. HOOVER, of Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
do make and publish this as and for my last will and testament,
hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore made by me.
1. I diraot my executur to pay all of my debts, fune~al and
administrative expensos as soon as oonvenient after my decease.
2. I authorize and empower my exeoutor to solI any realty owned
by me at my death, and not devised speoifioally herein, at either
public or private sale, and to give good and sufficient deeds there-
for, in fee Simple, as I could do if liVing.
3. The agreement entered into on February 5, 1957, by and
between myself and A. Elliott Miller and Blanche Miller, his wife,
not having been complied with in all substantial partioulars by the
said Millers, I do decline and refuse to devise the premises at Nos,
21 and 23 South High Street, Newville, Pennsylvania, to the said
A, Elliott Miller but direct that said premises shall form part of th
residue of my estate.
JI. I give and bequeath my small case of drawers to Amy Heberlig.
5. I give and bequeath the following:
A. $1,000.00 to the Zion Lutheran Church, Newville,
Pennsylvania, It is my desire that they invest this money in an
interest bearing certificate with thd Farmers National Bank, Newville,
Pennsylvania, using the interest eaoh year for benevolenoe purposes
nd $20,00 eaoh year of prinoipal for ourrent expenses.
B, $250,00 to the Mens Bible Class of the Zion Lutheran
Church, Newville, Pennsylvania, BS a memorial to my late husband,
iarry A, Hoover, long a member of this CIkSS,
C, $250,00 to the Merry Workers Sunday Sohool Class of the
Zion Lutheran Church, Newville, Pennaylvania, as a memorial to
Iva M. Hoover,
D, $500,00 to the Womeno Missionary Society of the Zion
Lutheran Church, NeWVille, Pennsylvania. It is my desi~B that they

H. $200.00 to Newville Civic Club. to be used to start a
fund for a town olook and it is my desire that it be used only for
that purpose.
I. $300.00 to Mifflin Orange No. 1725 aa a memorial to my
late husband. Harry A. Hoover.
J. $100.00 to the Carlisle Order of Eaatern Star for the
building fund thereof.
K. $300.00 to Wayne Wood.
L. $ 300.00 to Harold S. 111win, Esquire I CarJ.isle, PennsylM

M. $200.00 to Kenneth V. Bowman.
N. $200.00 to Luoretia Otto
O. $100.00 to Harvey Hoover.
P. $200.00 to Sara Zinn in return for her kindness to me.

Grace Paden.
(~) All the rest of my V,S. government bonds to be
di vided equally among Grace Paden, Wayne Wood, Paul Miller and
Friendship Hose Co., NeWVille, PennsYlvania, based on par value.
(6) $200.00 to Homer Hoover,
(7) $500.00 to the Free Library For The Blind. 16th and
Spring Garden Streets, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
(8) $100,00 to ,each of Glenn, Marian, James and Paul
Miller, ohildren of A. Elliott Miller.
(9) 20 shares of Newville Shoe Company stock and $500.00
to Miss Linda ClOuse.
(10) $200,00 to Charles Hoover,
(11) My set of Nippon china dishes to Amy Heberlig.
(12) I give and bequeath 2 shares of Farmers National
Bank stock to John F, Stamy, Jr., and Mary Stamy, his wife, of
R, D, 2, NeWVille, Pennsylvania,
I give to John F. Stamy, Jr., and Mary Stamy, his
wife, the option of purohasinR the other 12 shares of Farmers National
Bank stock f'or $1,200.00. Said option is to be exercised Withln 3

Loqueath to Farmers Trust Company, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in trust,
however, for the following charitable purpose:

to young men or youn~ women, preferab1y from Newville or its vicinity,

said money to be lent without interest and to be ropaid to the trust

7. I nominate and appoint Wayne Wood to be the executor of this
my last will and testament without the filln~ of any bond, Should he
die before my death, renounce or refuse to serve for any reason, or
die leaving any of my estate unadmlnistered, I nominate and appoint
