furnishings and personnl effects to be di vided among them on an
equi table bao1s. Any of said property thb.t is not talten by my
ohl1dren shall be sold by my Exeoutors and the prooeeds thsreof
added to my estate.
3. I direot, authorize and empower my Exeoutors hereinafter
named to sell and oonvey any and all real estate of whioh I may
