LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF WILBERT A. KREITZER
I, Wilbert A. Kreitzer, of the Township of Monroe, County
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and dis-
posing mind, memory and understanding, do make, pUblish and de-
clare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking and
making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direot the payment of all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses as soon as convenient19 may be after my deoease.
2.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, per-
sonal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, I give, devise
and bequeath to my beloved wife, Catherine E. Kreitzer, to her own
use and benefit absolutely.
3.
In the event, however, that my said wife should predecease
me, or as the result of a disaster common to both of us should die
at about the same time as I do, I direct that my estate be liqui-
dated and converted into oash, which shall be distributed in four
equal shares I
(a) I give and bequeath one (1) share to my son, Wilbert
A. Kreitzer, Jr.. If, however, he should predeoease me, then his
share shall be divided equally among his wife and his ohildren. If
his wife has remarried before my death, this share shall be divided
equally among his children.
(b) I give and bequeath one (1) share to my son, Ray E.
Kreitzer. If, however, he should predecease me, then his share
shall be divided equally among his wife and his ohildren. If his
wife hay remarried before my death, this share shall be divided

equally among his children.
(c) ! g).ve and bequeath one (1) share to my Bon, Richar.d
L. Kreitzer. If, however, he should predecease me, then this share
shall be divided equally among his wife and his children. If his
wife has remarried before my death, this share shall be divided
equally among his children.
(d) I give and bequeath one (1) share t,o my daughter-in-
law, Mary C. Kreitzer, widow of my son Robert H. Kreitzer, and his
children, Ronald R. Kreitzer, Kathleen M. Kreitzer, Wendy A. Kreitzer,
and Jennie I. Kreitzer, in equal shares. If, however, my daughter-
in-law, Mary C. Kreitzer, should remar~' before my death, then this
share shall be divided equally among the four childx'en mentioned
above.
4. Lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife,
Catherine E. Kreitzer, to be the executrix of this my last will and
testament. If she should predecease me, or for any other reason fail
to qualify as such executrix, then I nominate, constitute and appoint
my sons, Wilbert A. Kreitzer, Jr., Ray E. Kreitzer, and Richard L.
Kreitzer, to be the executors in her place and stead.
