Walter Groff, late of R. D. 8, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and
formerly of 417 North Prince Street, Lancaster, Pennsylvania,
who died October 28, 1979. Letters Testamentary on said
Estate have been granted to G. Richard Keirn, Executor, and a
Short Certificate attesting to the issuance of same is enclosed.
Included with the personal effects of ~!r. Groff was an
Investment Income Certificate in the amount of $2,000.00,
issued by the Lancaster County Farmers National Bank. I have
been unable to find a listing for that bank in the Bank Directory;
therefore, I am seeking help from you. If this certificate was
not issued by your bank, we would appreciate your forwarding
our request for information to the proper location.
If Mr. Groff maintained any accounts with your bank, would
you please advise us of the balances as of date of death, accrued
interest to date of death, and the manner in which the accounts
were held.
