The trustee may accllinulate the net income of the trust during
its term, but may from time to time distribute from current in-
come or from accumulated income or from principal such amounts
as the trustee, in its sole and absolute discretion, deems
advisable for the support and education, including trade, voca-
tional and COllege education, of my said grandchildren or because
of their illness or emergency. In determining the necessity of
distribution to or for their benefit, the trustee shall take into
consideration, to the extent practicable and to the extent known
to it, all other assets and income available to them including
but not limited to the duty and ability of their father to provide
for such support and education. When each granddaughter attains
the age of 21 years, she shall have the right to withdraw her
remaining share of the trust estate, and should any granddaughter
die before attaining the age of 21 years, her share shall be
distributed to her issue, if any, and if none, then to he~ sis-
ters, which management and distribution shall be in accordance
with the terms of this trust for her sisters.
v - Trustee shall have the following powers in addition
to those vested in it by law and by other provisions of this
trust, trust, applicable to all property, whether principal or
income, including property held for minors, exercisable without
court approval and effective until actual distribution of all
property:
A. To retain any or all of the assets of this
trust, real or personal, including its own stock, without regard
to any principle of diversification or risk.
B. To invest in all forms of property, including
stock, common trust funds and mortgage investment funds whether
operated by it or others, without restriction to investments
authorized for Pennsylvania fiduciaries, as it deems proper,
without regard to any principle of diversification or risk.
C. To sell at public or private sale, to exchange,
or to lease for any period of time, any real or personal property
and to give options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such
prices and upon such terms or conditions as it deems proper.
D. To allocate receipts and expenses to principal
or income or partly to each as it from time to time thinks proper
in its sole discretion.
E. To lend to, or purchase from my executor even
though trustee is also such executor.
F. To hold property in my name or in its name
without designation of any fiduciary capacity, or in the name of
a nominee or unregistered.

'rhe trustee may acclunulate thc.i net income of the trust during
. its term, but may .from time to time distribute from current in-
come or from accwnulated income or from principal such amounts
as the trustee, in its sole and absolute discretion, deems
advisable for the support and education, including trade, voca-
tional and cOllege education,. of my said grandchildren or because
of their illness or emergency. In determining the necessity of
distribution to or for their benefit, .the trustee shall take into
consideration, .to the ~tent practicable and to the extent known
to it, .all other assets and income available to them including
but not limited to the duty and ability of their father to provide
for such support and education. \~en each granddaughter attains
the age of 21 years, she shall have the right to withdraw her
remaining share of the trust estate, .and should any granddaughter
die before attaining the age of 21 years, her share shall be
distributed to her issue,' if any, .and if none, then to her sis-
ters, which management and distribution shall be in accordance
with the terms of this trust for her sisters.
v - Trustee shall have the following powers in addition
to those vested in it by law and by other provisions of this
trust, .trust, applicable to all property, whether principal or
income, including property held .for minors, exercisable without
court approval and effective until actual distribution of all
property:
A. To retain any or all of the assets of this
trust, real or personal, including its own stock, without regard
to any principle of diveisificatl.on <;>1' risk. .
B. To invest in all forms of property, including
stock, corrunon trust funds.and mortgage investment funds whether
operated by it or others, without re~triction to investments
authorized for Perinsyl vania fiduciaries,' as 'i t dee'nisproper,
without regard to any principle of diversification or risk.
C. To sell at public or private sale, to exchange,
or to lease for any period of time, any real or personal property
and to give options for sales,' exchanges or leases,. for such
prices and upon such terms or conditl.ons as it deems proper.
D. To allocate receipts and expenses to principal
or income or partly to each as it from time to time thinks proper
in its sole discretion.
E. To lend to, .01' purchase from my executor even

F. To hold property in my name or in its name
