wheresover situated owned by the decedent at the time of death; all moneys left by the decedent at the time of
death, whether in decedent's immedi:'lte possession, standing to decedent's credit in banks of deposit, savings
banks, trust companies, or other institutions, whether individually, or in trust for any other person or persons
giving also separately the accrued interest thereon, if <lny, down to the last interest day prior to decedent's

ITEM I - I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses, including my grave marker and all expenses of ny
last illness, shall be paid from my estate as soon as practicable
after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of
my estate.
ITEM II - I give, devise and bequeath all of my
property, real, personal and mixed, to my husband, JOHN CI\NDIOTO,
if he survives me by thirty (30) days.
ITEM III - In the event of common disaster, or in
the event my husband, JOHN, predeceases me or dies within thirty
(30) days of the date of my death, then I give, devise and bequeath
all of my property, real, personal and mixed, to my three children,
GLORIA ANN BLAIR, RONALD L. CANDIOTO and JOHN II. CANDIOTO, which
property shall be divided equally among them.
ITEIl IV - All federal, state and other death taxes
payable because of my death, with respect to the property forming
my gross estate for tax purposes, IVhether or not passing under this
Will, including any interest or penalty imposed in connection with
such tax, shall be considered a part of the expense of the admini-
stration of my estate and shall be paid from my estate IVithout
apportionment or right of reimbursement. All such taxes on present
or future interests shall be paid at such time or times as my
Executor may think proper, regardless of IVhether such taxes are
then due.

I, JOHN CANDIOTO, of the Township of Lower Allen, County of
Cumberland, Pennsylvania, hereby publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, and revoke any will previously made by me.
ITEM I - I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses, including my grave marker and all expenses of my
last illness, shall be paid fron my estate as soon as practicable
after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of
my estate.
ITEM II - I give, devise and bequeath all of my
property, real, personal and nixed, to my wife, DOROTHY J. CANDIOTO,
if she survives me ~y thirty (30) days.
ITEM III - In the event of common disaster, or in
the event my wife, DOROTHY, predeceases me or dies within thirty
(30) days of the date of my death, then I give, devise and bequeath
all of my property, real, personal and mixed, to my three children,
GLORIA ANN BLAIR, RONALD L. CANDIOTO and JOHN H. CANDIO'fO, which
property shall be divided equally among them.
ITEM IV - All federal, state and other death taxes
payable because of my death, with respect to the property forming
my gross estate for tax purposes, whether or not passing under this
Will, including any interest or penalty imposed in connection with
such tax, shall be considere~ a part of the expense of the admini-
stration of my estate and shall be paid from ny estate without'
apportionment or right of reimbursement. All such taxes on present
~r future interests shall be pa~d at, such time or times as my
Executrix may think proper, regardless of whether such taxes are
then due.
ITEM V -
All shares of principal and income hereby
given shall be free from anticipation, assignment, pled0e or obliga-
tion of the beneficiaries or any of them, and shall not be subject
to any execution, attachment, levy or sequestration or other clains
of the creditors of said beneficiaries or any of them.
ITEM VI -
My Executrix shall have the following
pOIVers in addition to those vested in her by lalV and other provisio~s
of my will applicable to all prop~rty, whether principal or income,
including property held for minors, exercisable without court
approval, and effective until actual distribution of all property:
A. To retain any or all of the assets of my
estate, real or personal, including stock, of my corporate
fiduciary, without regard to any principle of diversifi-
cation or risk.
B. To invest in all forms of property, including
stock, common trust funds and mortgage investment funds,
whether operated by my corporate fiduciary or others,
without restriction to investments authorized for
Pennsylvania fiduciaries, as she deems proper IVithout
regard to any principle of diversification or risk.
. C. To cause to be registered in her oIVn name,
without qualification or description, or in her name
