LAST WILL AND TESTMlENT
I, EARL E. HAMMANN, of South Middleton Townshi.p, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of SlInd mind, memory and understanding,
do make, publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former 'lIills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST. I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses including
all inheritance taxes be fully paid and satisfied out of my Estate by
my Executor hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my
decease.
SECOND. I give and bequeath my guns, small hand tools and brass
screws to my sons living at the time of my death, which items are to
be divided equally between them.
THIRD. I give and bequeath the sum of one hundred ($100.00)
dollars to each of my daughters living at the time of my death.
FOURTH. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, real and personal, whatsoever and wherever
situate, to my wife, Mabel R. Hammann, to be hers absolutely.
FIFTH. In the event my said wife, Mabel R. Hammann, should
predecease me or we should both die as the result of a common
disaster, then in either of those events, I direct and authorize
my Executor hereinafter named to convert all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, real and personal, whatsoever and wherever
situate, into cash at either public or private sale or sales at the
best price or prices obtainable in his discretion. After my entire
estate has been converted into cash, I give, devise and bequeath the
proceeds to my children in equa 1 shares, share and share alike, or
to their issue if any of them should predecease me.
