I, IDA M. BROI'IN, of West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and testament
and revoke all wills which I have previously made.
I I give and bequeath unto my four children such
articles of tangible personal property as they shall select and
amicably agree among themselves. Any articles not so selected and
any real property which I may own at the time of my death shall be
sold by my executor at either public or private sale and the proceeds
thereof added to my residuary estate.
II I give and bequeath my residuary estate to my issue
per stirpes, including adopted children but excluding step-children of
my children; if my daughter Marie E. Koontz should predecease me, I
give and bequeath her share to my son-in-law, Jimmy Ray Koontz, if
living, otherwise to lapse.
III Any share of my estate which shall be distributabl
to a minor beneficiary shall be held in a savings account in the name
of the beneficiary until the beneficiary attains the age of 18 years.
IV I appoint as executor of this my last will and
testament First National Bank of Newville, Pennsylvania.
