LAND AND P~OPERTY D~TA The lot fronts 60' on the South side of Vlalnut Street, which is a typical residential street having macadam cartway lined with curbs and sidewalks, and extends an even width of 100' in depth to. an alley. Utilities to the property include public water and sewer, gas and electric. Other land and property improvements include three concrete walkways each leading from the front sidewalk. One is for entrance to the second floor apartment (252 Walnut St.) located on the West side of the property and one to the front porch which is the main entrance to the first floor apartment (250 Walnut St.). There is a door leading to the 7 X 20' side porch which is carpeted. A carpeted hallway leading from the kitchen and living room gives entrance to the three bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom has pine floors with one closet, ceiling light and one window. The other two bedrooms, one on the East side and the other on the West side on the rear corners of the property have carpeted floors, closets and ceiling light and two windows each. The bathroom is located in the center of these two bedrooms. It has tile floor, plastic tile and plastered walls, an old tub with no shower, a sink and commode and window to the rear. The second floor apartment with stairway leading from the West side of the property is basically the same layout as the first floor apart- ment, with walls being primarily plaster with some drywall construction. The living room has carpeted floors and the dining room pine floors. The kitchen is carpeted and has a small pantry, small amount of old pine cabinets, double stainless steel sinx and formica counter top and splash guard, and a qas stove with hood. A door leads from the kitchen onto a balcony type 7 X 20' porch. A hallway with pine floors leads from the kitchen and living room to the three bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom has ceiling light, pine floors, closet, one window and access stairway to the attic which is floored over and used for storage by the tenants on the second floor. The other two bedrooms each have pine floors, closets and two windows. The bathroom in the center is modern with ceramic tile, tub with shower, sink, commode, tile floor, linen closet and window to the rear. The basement under the entire dwelling, has stone foundation and cement floor, and is divided by a center wall from front to rear with a doorway leading to either side. The Western section with access from the first floor apartment has been finished to include the walls, ceiling tile and tile floor.
