I, ALMA C. WALTERS, of Enola, East pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void
any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct that my Executors shall pay from my estate my
debts, funeral expenses, costs of administration of my estate, and
all inheritance and estate taxes that may be payable with respect
to my estate.
2. I give and bequeath One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars
each to my daughter, Dora M. Bock, her husband, Alvin E. Bock, Jr.,
and their son, Alvin E. Bock, III, in consideration of their kind
treatment and great concern for me during my lifetime.
3. I give and bequeath Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to
Zion Lutheran Church of Enola, Pa.
4. I give and bequeath to my children and grandchildren
specific items of personal property as set forth in a memorandum
in writing which I will make and sign so that it may be identified
and probated as a Codicil to this Will. The value of said personal
property set forth in said memorandum shall not be charged against
the recipients thereof in the final settlement and distribution of
my estate.
5. I direct that all the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate and property shall be converted into cash and the net
proceeds thereof, after the payment of my debts, funeral expenses,
the costs of the administration of my estate, and inheritance and
estate taxes, shall be distributed as follows:
A. Three-fourths thereof shall be divided equally among
my children, Dora M. Bock, Anna W. Rehm and James R. Walters, or
the issue of any of said children who shall have predeceased me,
such issue to take the deceased parent's share by representation
per stirpes;
B. The remaining one-fourth thereof shall be distributed
as fo llows :

(1) $1,000.00 each to the children of my deceased
son, Charles A. Walters, or the issue of any of said grandchildren
who shall have predeceased me leaving issue to survive, such issue
to take the deceased parent's share by representation per stirpes;
(2) The remainder of said one-fourth share of the
residue and remainder of my estate, together with the amount to be
distributed to any child of my son Charles who shall have predecease
me and leave no issue to survive, shall be divided equally among my
children, Dora M. Bock, Anna W. Rehm and James R. Walters or the
issue of any of said children who shall have predeceased me, such
issue to take the deceased parent's share by representation per
stirpes.
6. I direct that there shall be no public sale of any of
my property at the property where I may be living at the time of
my death.
7. I name, constitute and appoint my daughter, Dora M. Bock,
and her husband, Alvin E. Bock, Jr., to be the Executors of this
Will. I direct that they shall not be required to file a bond as
such Executors.
8. I name, constitute and appoint Dauphin Deposit Trust
Company, Guardian of any beneficiary under this Will who may be a
minor at the time of my death, with full power, in its discretion,
to use the principal and income of the minor's estate for his or
her care, maintenance and education.
