LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF PHILIP F. McCRACKEN
I, PHILIP F. McCRACKEN, of the Borough of Lemoyne,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory
and understanding, hereby revoking any former Wills by me
heretofore made, do hereby make, publish and declare this my
Last Will and Testament in manner as follows.
I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts, funeral and burial expenses as soon af te r my
decease as practicable, as well as all inheritance 'taxes,
whether State or Federal, which may be assessed against my
Estate, as part of the costs of administration.
I direct that my place of burial shall be in our
family plot in the Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill, pennsyl-
vania, and that religious services shall be conducted by the
pastor of Grace United Methodist Church, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real,
personal and mixed, of whatsoeve~ sort and wheresoever situate,
to my wife, Ruth H. McCracken, absolutely.
In the event my said wife should predecease me, or
our deaths should occur simultaneously, or as a rcsl.1l t of common
disaster, I give, devise and bequeath all my Estate, real,
personal and mixed as aforesaid, to two (2) of my children,
as follows, in equal shares:
1. Philip F. McCracken, Jr., 2902 Gl.~nwood Head,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
2. Marjorie R. Fry, 262 East Market Street,
Hummelstown, Pennsylvania.
In the event that either of my children aforesaid
should predecease me, leaving a child or children to survive,
I direct that the share or portion of my Estate herein given
to my deceased child shall be given to such children, share
and share alike, per stirpes.
In the event that either of my aforesaid children
should predecease me, leaving no child or children to survive,
I direct that my entire Estate shall be given to my surviving
child or his or her issue, as hereinabove provided.
I nominate, constitute and appoint the Dauphin
Deposit Trust Company, 213 Market street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania,
Testamentary Guardian of the separate Estates of any or all minor
children, who may become Legatees under the terms of this my
Last Will and Testament, hereby vesting the said Guardian with
all the powers and authority given by law to a TRUSTEE, including
the right to invest and reinvest the principal or corpus of my
Estate in such securities as in the opinion of the said Guardian,
within its sole discretion, may be deemed safe and advisable,
besides those designated by law for Trust purposes, and including
the right to sell, transfer and dispose of any property of my
Estate, real or personal, without Court Order to do so.
In like manner, I also hereby further authorize the
said GUARDIAN to invade or 'lse the principal or corpus of my
Estate for the benefit of said minors, or any of them, whenever
in the sole discretion of the Guardian, it shall be deemed ad-
visable or to the bes~ interest or advantage of said minor, or
any of them, for educational purposes, including higher education'
in a College or University, for support and maintenance, for medical
care, for burial expenses, ordiherwise howsoever.

In the event that either of my children aforesaid
should predecease me, leaving a child or children to survive,
I direct that the share or portion of my Estate herein given
to my deceased child shall be given to such children, share
and share alike, per stirpes.
In the event that either of my aforesaid children
should predecease me, leaving no child or children to survive,
I direct that my entire Estate shall be given to my surviving
child or his or her issue, as hereinabove provided.
I nominate, constitute and appoint the Dauphin
Deposit Trust Company, 213 Market street, Harrisburg, pennsylvania,
Testamentary Guardian of the separate Estates of any or all minor
children, who may become legatees under the terms of this my
Last Will and Testament, hereby vesting the said Guardian with
all the powers and authority given by law to a TRUSTEE, including
the right to invest and reinvest the principal or corpus of my
Estate in such securities as in the opinion of the said Guardian,
within its sole discretion, may be deemed safe and advisable,
besides those designated by law for Trust purposes, and including
the right to sell, transfer and dispose of any property of my
Estate, real or personal, without Court Order to do so.
In like manner, I also hereby further authorize the
said GUARDIAN to invade or use the principal or corpus of my
Estate for the benefit of said minors, or any of them, whenever
in the sole discretion of the Guardian, it shall be deemed ad-
visable or to the best interest or advantage of said minor, or
any of them, for educational purposes, including higher education
in a college or University, for support and maintenance, for medical
care, for burial expenses, or otherwise howsoever.
