BE IT REMEMBERED that we, ALBERT E. GUTSHALL and BERTHA F.
GUTSHALL, husband and wife, of Lower Frankford Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do
make, publish and declare this as and for our Last Will and Testament, here-
by revoking and making null an,1 void any and all wills, or writings in the nature
thereof, by us at any time heretofore made.
In the event of the decease of either of us, the survivor shall corne into
full control, charge and ownership of all property, real and personal, and
shall be disposed of as the survivor may see fit.
Should death come to the both of us at the same time, or should our
decease result from the salue accident, then in that event aH property, real
and personal, shall be divided into two (2) equid. shares and distributed as
follows:
One (1) share to our daughter, Ruth Moffitt.
One (1) share to our son, Richard E. G,~tshall.
The Executor, in each instance, shall be our daughter, Ruth Moffitt.

To the extent that inheritance tax is paid within three (3) months after the death of the decedent. a

Inheritance Talt. other than tax on a future interest. is duc at the date of the decedent's death and becomes
delinquent at the expiration of nine (9) months after the decedent'S death (72 P.S. 9 2485.7111. Inheritance
Tax on a future interest is payable within three 131 months after the transfer takes effect in possession and
enjoyment and is delinquent thereafter (72 P.S. ~ 2485.712). Calculate interest from the delinquent date shown
on the face of this form to the date of actual payment using the following interest table:
