BLANCHE C. SLONAKER
I, Blanche C. Slonaker, of the Township of Silver Spring,
County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, herewith
publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament.
ITEM 1: I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be convenient to the
proper administration of my estate.
ITEM 2: I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Thelma
Jane Slonaker, the real estate located in the Borough of New Kingston
and the entire contents therein.
ITEM 3: I bequeath to my son, Robert Elwood Slonaker,
Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars.
ITEM 4: I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate to my daughter, Gail Olive Miller and my
son-in-law, Preston H. Miller, in equal shares.
ITEM 5: I nominate, consitute and appoint my son-in-law,
Preston H. Miller, Executor, of this my last Will and Testament. I
direct that my personal representative shall not be required to post
bond.
ITEM 6: I direct that the Executor of my estate shall
distribute the Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to my son, Robert, in
twenty (20) equal installments at the rate of Twenty-five ($25.00)
Dollars per month.
