I, ELLA M, RICKRODE, of M, R. Mount Holly Springs,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do make and publish this as and
for my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills
heretofore made by me,
1, I direct my executor to pay all of my debts, funeral
and administrative expenses as soon as convenient after my decease.
2, I authorize and empower my executor to sell any
realty and/or personalty owned by me at my death, not specifically
bequeathed or devised herein, at either public or private sale or
sales and to give good and sufficient deeds and/or bills of sale
therefor, in fee simple, as I could do if living.
3. I devise to Linda K. Deihl of Mounted Route,
Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, the tract of land close to my
house, upon which is erected her trailer home, garden, chicken
coop, etc, Said tract of land shall extend 131 feet on each side,
the corners being marked by stakes. Any right of way necessary
to reach the public road is included in this devise and my executor
is authorized to execute and deliver a deed to Linda in execution
of this devise.
4., All the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
real and personal, I give, devise and bequeath to the following
named children:
1. Harry A. Rickrode, Jr,
2. Gladys Thomas
3. Irene Hewitt
4 , Gloria Sowers
5. Stanley Rickrode
6. Stephen Rickrode, and
7. Nancy Shoenberger.
5, I nominate and appoint Harry A. Rickrode, Jr. to be
the executor of this my last will and testament without the filing
of any bond, Should he die before my death, renounce or refuse to
serve for any reason, or die leaving any of my estate unadministered
I nominate and appoint Gladys Thomas, as substitute executrix with
the same powers as are given herein to my executor, and also without

As to such tax that is paid within three months from date of death, a five (5%) percent
discount is allowable. As to any tax that remains unpaid after nine (9) months (fifteen months
when death occurred from December 22, 1965 to June 16, 1971, inclusive; and twelve months
when death occurred prior to December 22,1965) from date of death, interest at the rate of six
(6%) percent per annum is charged,
