LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
PAUL THOMAS CLINE
I, PAUL THOMAS CLINE of Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last will and Testament,
hereby revoking any will previously made by me.
I _ I direct that all of my just debts shall be fully
paid and satisfied as soon as convenient by my executrix or
executor hereinafter named.
II _ I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every
nature and wherever situated unto my wife, Gretchen Balt Cline,
providing she survives me by sixty (60) days.
III _ Should my said wife fail to be living on the
sixty-first (61st) day following my death, then I devise and
bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situated
as follows:
A. One-fifth of my estate shall be distributed
for the benefit of my daughter, Nancy Cline Grove. One-half of
her share shall be paid to her absolutely at the time of my death 1
the other one-half I give, devise and bequeath to my trustee
hereinafter named IN TRUST, NEVERTHELESS, to hold, manage, invest

any part thereof, shall not prejudice her right to request and
receive distribution at a later date chosen by her.
B. Two-fifths of my estate shall be distributed
for the benefit of my son, Richard Eugene Cline. One-half of
his share shall be paid to him absolutely at the time of my death;
the other one-half I give, devise and bequeath to my trustee
hereinafter named IN TRUST, NEVERTHELESS, to hold, manage, invest
and reinvest and to pay the entire net income from said trust to
my said son at least quarterannual1y, and to pay to or for his
benefit such amount or amounts of said principal as my trustee,
in its sole discretion, may from time to time deem necessary or
proper for his comfort, support, maintenance or welfare. When
five (5) years have elapsed from the time of my death, my said
son shall have the right to request in writing and to receive the
balance of the principal of his trust. A failure or delay on his
part to request and receive the distribution of principal, or any
part thereof, shall not prejudice his right to request and receive
'distribution at a later date chosen by him.
C. The remaining two-fifths of my estate shall
be distributed for the benefit of my grandchildren. My executor
shall divide the said ~wo-fifths share into as many shares as I
have grandchildren living at the time of my death, and shall pay
the said share to my trustee hereinafter named, IN TRUST NEVERTHE-
LESS, to hold, manage, invest and reinvest said share as separate
and equal trusts for my said grandchildren and to pay the net
income therefrom to or for their benefit at least quarterannually;
and in addition thereto, to pay such amount or amounts of said
principal as my trustee, in its sole discretion, may from time to
time deem necessary or proper for the payment of extraordinary

medical expenses and higher education or vocational training of
the beneficiary. As each beneficiary attains the age of 21 years,
he shall be entitled to receive one-half of the then remaining
principal of the trust, and five (5) years thereafter he shall be
entitled to receive the entire balance of the trust.
IV -
A. In the event my daughter shall predecease me
or die at any time before the termination of her trust, the share
of my estate to be held in trust or the remaining corpus thereof,
together with any accumulated income thereon, shall be paid to
the trusts created for my grandchildren in equal shares. If my
deceased daughter shall not be survived by any children, the
trust share corpus, together with any accumulated income thereon,
shall be added to the trust for my son Richard, or in the event
he is dead leaving surviving children, the additional share which
would have been added to his trust shall be paid to his children
in equal shares.
B. In the event my son shall predecease me or
die at any time before the termination of his trust, the share of
my estate to be held in trust or the remaining corpus thereof,
together with any accumulated income thereof, shall be paid to
the trusts created for my grandchildren in equal shares. If my
deceased son shall not be survived by any children, the trust
share corpus, together with any accumulated income thereon, shall
be added to the trusts created for my grandchildren in equal
shares.
V - In any event in which my executor or trustee, as
the case may be, shall be required to divide all or any part of
my estate or of any trust created hereby into parts or shares,

or to distribute the same or any part or percentage of any trust,
they are authorized and empowered to make such division or dis-
tribution, in its sole discretion, in money, in kind, or partly
in kind and partly in money, and for the purpose of such division
or distribution, its judgment concerning the propriety thereof and
the relative values for the purpose of division or distribution
of the securities or other property so divided or distributed
shall be binding and conclusive upon all parties.
VI - I direct that any and all inheritance, estate,
transfer, succession, legacy and other death taxes and duties of
any nature which may be levied, assessed or imposed by the United
States or by any state or territory or by any foreign government,
upon or with respect to property passing under this will, or
property not passing under this will, shall be paid out of my
estate as an expense of administration and no part of said taxes
or duties shall be apportioned or prorated to any heirs under
this will.
VII - I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife,
Gretchen Balt Cline, Executrix of this, my Last will and Testament.
Should my said wife fail to qualify or cease to act as such, then
I appoint Cumberland County National Bank and Trust company, Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania, Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament.
I nominate, constitute and appoint the said Cumberland County
National Bank and Trust Company trustee of the trusts created
herein. Neither my executor or trustee shall be required to post
bond in this or any jurisdiction.
