machine and sufe to my son, Charles M. Williams, Jr., of
Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, if livin~ at the time of my
death, otherwise they shall be sold as hereinafter provided.
THIRD. I give and beaueath my jewelry, sewing machine and
Japanese vase to my daughter, Helen ~. Calaman, of Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
FOURTH. I give a~d beoueath my linens and bedding to my
. said son, Charles M. Williams, Jr., and my said daughter, Helen
E. Calaman, share and share alike.
FIFTH. I direct my Executors hereinafter named to have
my real estate knOl"ffi and numbered as No. 829 ~lorth ~iest Street,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, appraised by three appraisers and then
my said son, Charles M. Williams, Jr., is to be given the first
option to purchase said real estate for the price of said appraise-
ment. If my said son shall not exercise this option in \'Iriting
within thirty days, then my said daughter, Eelen B. Calaman,
shall be given the option to purchase said real estate for
the price of said appraisement for a period of thirty days and
if either o!,tion is excrcis8d, I order and ciircct my ~x~cutors
hereinafter named to execute nnd deliver the deed for same. How-
ever, said options to purchase are ~o he considered personal to
my said son and my said dau~hter. If either my said son or my
said daughter shall purchase same, the oroceeds of the sale of
