I, Victoria cubbage, of the City of sunbury, county of
Northumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and
disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish
and declare this to be my last Will,and Testament, hereby revoking
and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
Item 1. I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses and
the costs and char6es in the settlement of my estate be paid by
my executors, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently can be
done after my decease, and I direct my executors to erect a
monument on the cemetery lot at my grave.
Item 2. I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, real,
personal and mixed and wheresoever situate, to my two children
Miriam G. Fisher and Murry E. Kline, in equal shares, their heirs
and assigns forever.
Item 3. I own two policies of insurance in the Prudential
Insurance company in unequal amounts, made payable to my respective
children and I direct that said policies be equalized out of my
estate before my estate is divided equally between my children.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my children
Miriam G. Fisher and Murry E. Kline, or the survivor of them,
executors of this my last Will and Testament, to which I, Victoria
cubbage, the testatrix above named, have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 2nd day of May, A. D. 1952.

Re: Estate of Victoria Cubbage
Apropos your letter of March 13, 1980 the following is sub-
mitted for the above mentioned estate.
There were two certificates of deposit issued in the name of
Victoria Cubbage as sole ownero CD flA-2697 was in the amount of $5.000
earning 6 percent interest and CD flA-3707 was in the amount of $2,000
earning 6 percent interest. Interest was payable semi-annually on both
certificates with the last regular payment made on November 5. 1979 for
flA-2697 and on December 12, 1979 for flA-3707.
On February 25, 1980 Mro Murry E. Kline presented a death cer-
tificate and letters testamentary to redeem the certificateso Both were
redeemed without penalty and checks were issued to Mro Kline for the in-
terest and principa10
Interest check fl58824 in the amount of $24.81 for 75 days of
interest was issued for certificate flA-3707 and interest check 058823 in
the amount of $67.85 for 82 days of interest was issued for certificate
OA-2697. Also issued was cashier's check fl24679 in the amount of $7,000
representing the principal of the certificates. All checks were deposited
on February 26, 1980 into the estate account of Victoria Cubbage at
Dauphin Deposit Bank.
