I, Paul L, Knaub, of the Borough of Dillsburg, County of
York and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being sound of mind, memory
and understanding, do hereby publish and declare this to be my last
Will and TestalUent and hereby revoke any Will and Codicil by me
heretofore made.
ITEM 1. I direct my hereinafter named Executrix to make
the necessary funeral arrangements with the Cocklin Funeral Home of
Dillsburg, services to be conducted in Barrens Church by the
Lutheran minister, assisted by Rev. A. T. Kaup and burial in the
Knaub falUily plot in Barrens Cemetery.
ITEM 2. I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be convenient to
the proper administration of my estate.
ITEM 3. I direct that all inheritance and estate taxes
shall be paid from the remainder of my estate prior to further
distribution, without reimbursement or contribution from any of my
heirs.
ITEM 4. I give, devise and bequeath the automobile
owned by me at the time of my death, as well as all furniture and
personal effects located at my residence in Dillsburg, to Lydia F.
Dreibelbis.
ITEM 5, I order and direct my hereinafter nalUed Execu-
trix to convert the remainder of my estate, real, personal and
mixed, into cash, as soon after my decease as may be convenient
to the proper administration of my estate at either public or
private sale or sales, and I empower my said Executrix to execute
and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers of any real estate of
which I may die seized good and sufficient Warranty Deeds in the same
manner and capacity as I could do if living.
ITEM 6, I direct my Executrix to distribute the proceeds
of the conversion of my estate as follows:
a. One half thereof to Lydia F. Dreibelbis, said share
not to exceed the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00).
b. One half thereof, or all the rest, residue and remain-
der of my estate unto my nephew and nieces, Donald Sylvester Knaub,
Annie Knaub, Hazel Hattie Knaub and Myrtle Knaub, to be divided among
them in equal shares, my nephew to take per stirpes and my nieces per
capita.
ITEM 7. I nominate, constitute and appoint Lydia F.
Dreibelbis, Executrix of this, my last Will and Testament. In the
event she predecease me or otherwise be unable to serve, I then ap-
point the Cumberland County National Bank and Trust Company, or its
successor, Executor in her place and stead.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Paul L. Knaub, have hereunto sub-
scribed my hand to this, my last Will and Testament, this 4th day of
November, 1970.
