NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor o~
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said'
contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly calle~ a'mechanic's
lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part
thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County
Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in accordance with requirements
of Act of Assemble of Pennsylvania, in.such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands

Legal Description
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in the Township of Lower Allen, County of
Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Wellgate Lane (60' wide) at the dividing
between lots #7 and #8 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan; thence along the dividing line between lots
#7 and #8 South 85° 15' 00" East a distance of 215.00' feet to a point at the dividing line between lots #78 and
#8 and lands now or late of Samuel F. Deckman; thence along the dividing line between lot #7, lands now or
late of Samuel F. Deckman and lands now or late of Donald L. and Rena C. Steele South 04° 45' 00" West a
distance of 256.25' feet to a point at the dividing line between lots #6 and #7; thence along the dividing line
between lots #6 and #7 North 56° 17' 28" West a distance of 278.60' feet to a point on the eastern right-of-way
line of Wellgate Lane; thence along the eastern right-of-way line of Wellgate Lane by a curve, curving to the left
· 0' an arc length of 116.25' feet to a point; thence
in a northerly direction having a radius of 230.0 feet and
continuing along the same North 04° 45' 00" East a distance of 10.00' feet to a point, said point being the place
of BEGINNING.
Containing 43,573.27 S.F.
Being Lot #7 as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan of Allen Estates. Said plan being recorded in Plan
Book 72, Page 125.
BEING part of the same premises which Banzer Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation, granted and
conveyed unto Penn Valley Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation, by Deed dated 1/3/1996 and recorded
4/15/1996 in the Recorder's Office of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book Volume 137 Page 614.
