TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
AND NOW, comes FRANK L. BLACK, JR., Administrator, through
his attorney, Wm. A. Kramer, 2nd, and files this Petition to Fix
Additional Security of which the following is a statement:
1. That Frank L. Black, Sr., of Dickinson Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, died intestate on December 20, 1979.
2. That Letters of Administration were granted to your
Petitioner on February 14, 1980, by the Register of Wills of Cumber-
land County, Pennsylvania.
3. That the Decedent died seized of a parcel of real
estate situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
consisting of approximately 89 acres and having thereon erected a
dwelling, barn and outbuildings.
4. The property is described as more particularly set
forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
5. That no inventory has been filed to date, but that the
estimated value of the Decedent's Estate, for Pennsylvania Inheritance
Tax purposes is $170,000.00, with the value of the premises situate
in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being
included in the sum of $165,000.00.
