6. Kevin A. Hess, Esq., has been retained by June K, Claybaugh, acting
as next friend for Robert David Armstrong, for counsel in reference to the
proposed settlement as well in regard to the appointment of a guardian of
the minor's estate. Kevin A. Hess requests a counsel fee of $100.00 for
services and desires the Court to approve the deduction from the share of the
damages to which said minor is entitled.
7. Petitioner requests that the Court direct payment of said minor's
net recovery to Commonwealth National Bank as Guardian of the minor's estate.
