LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, MARIE B. KAUFFMAN, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County of
Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory
and understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all fonner wills,
codicils and other testamentary dispositions by me at any time here-
tofore made.
1.
I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay as soon as
practicable after my decease all my just debts and the expenses of
my last illness and burial.
2.
I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate unto my husband,
Stewart A. Kauffman, Jr., absolutely.
3.
Should my said husband predecease me, then and in that event, I
dispose of my estate as follows:
A. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Diane K. Humes,
my walnut drop-leaf, handmade table.
B. I give and bequeath unto my son, John S. Kauffman, my guns
and fishing equipment.
C. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whatsoever
and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto
my children, Diane K. Humes and John S. Kauffman, equally,
share and share alike.

I appoint COMMONWEALTH NATIONAL BANK, of Harrisburg, Pa., guardian
of any property which passes, either under this will or otherwise,
to a minor, and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a
guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so. Such guardian
shall have the power to use principal as well as income from time to
time for the minor's education (including post high school education),

support and welfare, or to make payment for these purposes, without
further responsibility, to the minor or to any person taking care of
the minor.
5.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said husband, Stewart
A. Kauffman, Jr., Executor of this my last will and Testament. Should
my said husband, Stewart A. Kauffman, Jr., fail to qualify or cease
to act as Executor, I appoint my daughter, Diane K. Hurnes, Executrix
of this my last will.
6.
Should my husband, Stewart A. Kauffman, Jr. predecease me, I
appoint my daughter, Diane K. Hurnes, guardian of the person of my
son, John S. Kauffman.
