The Accountant proposes to distribute the assets rema~n~ng

Testament of the decedent, after bequeathing certain items of
personal property in Paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 thereof, all-of which i
were gifted by decedent during his lifetime, devised and bequeathed
one-third of the residue and remainder to Ben H. Rickert and
Evelyn C. Rickert, his wife; one-sixth of the residue and re-
mainder to Robert C. Rickert and Lonny S. Rickert, his wife; one-
sixth of the residue and remainder to Ben H. Rickert, Jr., and
Frances D. Rickert, his wife; one-sixth of the residue and re-
mainder to JoAnn Rickert; and one-sixth of the residue and
