I, ABRAM O. BRUBAKER, presently of Upper Allen TcMnship, County of
Cuntlerland, COlllTDnwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and disposing
m=m:>ry, realizing the uncertainty of this life, but with confidence in God and
turst in His Son, I11Y Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who died for I11Y sins upon
the cross, and rose again to justify rre and give Ire eternal life, do hereby
make, publish and declare this to be I11Y Last Will and Testarrent, revoking any
and all previous Wills and codicils, and hereby will and dispose of all the
property which I = at I11Y death in the follCMing manner:

I direct that my debts and the expenses of nl:l last illness and
funeral shall be paid by my Executors as soon after my decease as way be
convenient.

I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,

A. Ten percent (10%) of said residue shall be distributed unto the
follCMing organizations of the Brethren in Christ Church:

sently of ElizabethtcMn, pennsylvania, one third (1/3) to
be utilized for foreign missions, and one third (1/3) to be
utilized for hare missions.

Benevolence of the Brethren in au-ist Church, care of the
Board of l\dministration of the Brethren in Christ Church,
Nappanee, Indiana.
13, One half (1/2) of the reraining residue shall be given unto my
