Know all men by these Presents, Tlmt the HARTFORD ACCIDENT AND INDEMNITY COM,
PANY, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Connecticut. and having its principal office in the Cily
ef Hartford, County of Harllord, State of Connecticut, does hereby make, constitute and appoint
ROBERT L. BRACKBILL and/or GENEVIEVE P. LUCAS
of HECHANICSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA,
its true and lawful Attorney(s)-in-Fact, with full power and authority 10 each of said Attorney(s).in-Fact, in their separate
capacity if more than one is named above, to sign, execute and acknowledge any and all bonds and undertakings and
other writings obligatory in the nature thereof on behalf of the company in its business of guaranteeing the fidelity of
persons holding places of public or private trusl; guaranteeing the pertormance of contracts other than insurance poli-
cies; guaranteejng the pertormance of insurance contracts where surety bonds are accepted by states and municipal-
ities. and executing or guaranteeing bonds and undertakings required Dr permitted in all actiDns or proceedings or by
law allowed,
in penalties not exceeding the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS
($100,000.00) each,
and to bind the HARTFORD ACCIDENT AND INDEMNITY COMPANY thereby as fully and to tile same extent as if
such bonds and undertakings and other wrltinas obligatory in the nature thereof were signed by an Executive Officer of
the HARTFORD ACCIDENT AND INDEMNITY COMPANY and sealed and attested by one other of such Officers, and
hereby ratifies and confirms all that Its said Attorney(s)-in-Fact may dD in pursuance hereof.
This power of attorney is granted by and under authority of the fDllowing provisions:
(1) By-Laws adopted by the Stockholders of the HARTFORD ACCIDENT AND INDEMNITY COMPANY at a meet-
ing duly called and held on the 10th day of February, 1943,
ARTICLE IV
SECTION 8, The President or any Vlce,Presldent, acting with any Secretary or Assistent Secretary, shall have power and authority to appoint,
for purposes only of executing and attesting bonds and undertakings and other writings obligatory in the nature thereof, one or more Resident
Vice,Presidents, Resident ,Assistant Secretaries and Attorneys,in-Fact and at any time to remove any such Resident Vlce,Presldent, Resident Assis'
tant Secretary. or Attorney-ln-Facl, and revoke the power and authority given to him.
, SECTION 11, Attorneys,ln,Fact shall have power and authority, subject to the terms and limitations of the power of attorney issued to them, to
execute and deliver on behall of the Company and to attach the seal of the Company thereto any and all bonds and undertakings, and other writings
obligatory In the nature thereof, and any such Instrument executed by any such Attorney'in-Fact shall be as binding upon the Company as if signed
by an Executive Officer and sealed and attested by one other 01 such Officers.

NITY COMPANY duly called and held on the 11th day of June, 1976:
RESOLVED: Robert N, H, Sener, Assistant Vice,PreSldent and Thomas F, Delaney, Assistant Vice' President, shall each have as long as he
holds such office the same power as any Vice-President under Sections 6, 7 and 8 01 Article IV of the By-Laws of the Company.
This power of attorney is signed and sealed by facsimile under and by the authority of the following Resolution
adopted by the Directors of the HARTFORD ACCIDENT AND INDEMNITY COMPANY at a meeting duly called and
held on the 6th day of August, 1976,
RESOLVED, That, whereas Robert N, H, Sener, Assistant Vlce,President Rnd Thomas F, Delaney, Assistant Vice-President, acting with any
Secretary or Assistant Secretary, each have the power and authority, as long as he holds sucll office, fa appoint by a power 01 attorney, for purposes

dents. Assistant Secretaries and Attorneys-in-Fact;
Now, therefore, the signatures of such Ollicers and the seal 01 the Company may be allixed to any such power of attorney or to any certllicate
relating. thereto by facsimile, and any such power of attorney or certificate bearing such facsimile signatures or facsimile seal shall be valid and
binding upon the Company and any such power so executed and certllied by facsimile signatures and tacsimlle seal shall be valid and binding upon
the Company in the future with respect to any bond or undertaking to which it is attached.

TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of Marjorie J. Eakin, Administratrix of the Estate
of John D. Nailor, deceased, respectfully represents:
1. That John D. Nailor died on December 14, 1979, intestate,

unmarried, and survived by one son, Joseph W. Nailor, a minor.
2. That Petitioner will file her First and Final Account in
the Estate of John D. Nailor, deceased, together with a Proposed Sched-
ule of Distribution on or before December 9, 1983, showing a balance
for distribution in the amount of $19,872.97.
3. That the sole distributee of said Estate is decedent's son,
Joseph W, Nailor, a minor, now twelve (12) years of age, who was born
on Au~ust 15, 1971.
4. That the said Joseph W. Nailor lives with his natural mother,
Carol A. Hall, at 22 Dulles Drive West, East pennsboro Township, Camp
Hill Post Office, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
No guardian has been appointed for the estate of the above named
minor and it is necessary that a guardian ad litem be, appointed to
protect his interest at the call for confirmation of said First and
Final Account and Proposed Schedule of Distribution.

STATEMENT OF THE NATURE AND REASONS FOR THE PROPOSED AWARD
The decedent, John D. Nailor, divorced, died on December 14, 1979,
intestate, survived by one son, Joseph W. Nailor, a minor aged 8,
The decedent was unmarried at the time of his death and therefore
the entire estate goes to his issue, his son, under Section 2109 of the
Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code.
No claims have been presented to the Accountant except those shown
in The First and Final Account as filed.
