of November, 1981, the Account
having been confirmed and the proposed Schedule of Distribution
awarding the real estate, in kind, to ANNE M. CLARK, MARTHA M.
HARRISON, CHARLES H. MASLAND, 3D, and DANIEL L. MASLAND, subject to
an Agreement of Sale between the Executors of the Estate of Beatrice G.
Masland and Edwin A. wilkerson and Loretta M. wilkerson, his wife,
dated April 16, 1980, having been approved, the following described
real estate is hereby awarded to ANNE M. CLARK, MARTHA M. HARRISON,
CHARLES H. MASLAND, 3D, and DANIEL L. MASLAND, as tenants in common
holding an equal undivided interest:
ALL that certain tract of land with the improvements thereon
erected, situate in the Third Ward of the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of West South Street and
Wilson Street: thence Westwardly along West South Street 104.5 feet to
a point in the Eastern line of a driveway 15 feet wide leading to
the tract of land adjoining the tract herein described on the North,
being land now or formerly of Margaret R. Hoffman: thence Northwardly
along land now or formerly of Margaret R. Hoffman, being the Eastern
line of said driveway, 64 feet to a point; thence Eastwardly along
land now or formerly of Margaret R. Hoffman, 104.5 feet to a point in
line of wilson Street; thence Southwardly along said Wilson Street,
64 feet to the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING improved with a frame semi-bungalow dwelling and a frame
garage known as No. 170 Wilson Street.
