Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. beingof sound and disposing mind and memory,
do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and making null and void all other Last Wills and Testaments and Codicils by me made
heretofore.
FIRST: I order and direct that my fllnerni be conducted In a manner correspond-
ing with my estate and stntion in life, and that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
fully paid and satisfied ns soon as conveniently Illay be nfter illY decease.
SECOND: 1 give and devise the renl estate owned by me at 28 West Lincoln
Street, Shamokin, Pennsylvania, to [)Jrothy Siglin Smith and Burton W. Siglin, ns tenants
in common, their heirs and assigns forever. Subject, however, to the payment by the
,devisees of the Pennsylvnnin transfer inheritance tax nllocnted to this devise.
