LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
CLARENCE R. BEAR

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESEN'fS, That I, CLARENCE R. BEAR, Qf
Lower Frankford Township, Carlisle R. D. 3, pennsylvania, being of
sound mind, memclry and understanding, do mal,e, publish and declare
this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revol<ing and making void any
and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1. I direct my personal representatives to pay my just
debts, funeral expenses, and the expenses of the administration of
my estate as soon as convenient following my death.
ITEM 2. provided my ])eloved wife, Edith B. Bear, survives me,
I give, devise and bequeath to her all the rest, residue and remainder
of the estate of which I die seized, be the same real, personal or
mixed, and w:,eresoever situate at l:he time of my death.
ITEM 3. In the event my said wife predeceases me, then I give,
devise, and bequeath three-fourths (3/4) of my residuary estate, in
equal shares, to three (3) of my children, Mrs. Emory (Betty) Shughart,
Mrs. Wayne (Mary) Lebo, and Mrs. William (Helen) Shulenberger.
ITEM 4. In the event my said wife predeceases me, I give, devise,
and bequeath the remaining one-fourth (1/4) part of my residuary estate
to Dauphin Deposit Trust Company, Carlisle, Pa., IN TRUST, for my son,
Lyn\>/ood L. Bear. I direct my Trustee to l<eep the funds of said trust
invested in legal investments under the laws of the commonwealth of
pennsylvania, and to pay the net income therefrom in semi-annual in-
stallments to my son, Lynwood I,. Bear. I further direct my Trustee to
pay over from the principal of said trust in each twelve (12) month
period follO\'ling my death a sum not in excess of Five Hundred ($500.00)
Dollars, if my son requests such annual principal payments.
I further authorize my Trustee in its discretion and at the request
of my son to pay over to him the entir'3 balance remaining in said trust
fund at any time that the principal thereof does not exceed Two Thousand
.($2,000.00) Dollarso" If any part of the principal or undistributed

income of said trust fund remains at the time of the death of
my son, Lymvood L. Bear, I direct my Trustee to pay said balance
to his heirs or to the person or persons named 1)y my son in his Will
to receive the same.
I appoint my daughters, Mrs. Emory (Betty) Shughart and
Mrs. Wayne (Mary) Lebo, the Executrices of my estate, and suggest
that in the settlement thereof they employ Garber & Garber as
attorneys.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have executed this my Last Will and
Testament consisting of two typewritten pages by signing the first
page at the bottom thereof and by affixing my signature and my seal
