I, ~lILDRED D. ['lAGAN, of the Borough of New Cumberland, Cwnberland County,
Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct the payment of all my just debts and the expenses
of my last illness and funeral from my estate, as soon after my death as
conveniently may be done.
SECOND: I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
to the First Church of God, New Cwnberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for
general Church purposes.
THIRD: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate unto my son, ROBERT G. HAGAN.
FOURTH: My Executor and personal representatives shall have the following
powers in addition to those vested in them by law and by other provisions of
this Will, applicable to all property, exercisable without court approval
and effective until actual distribution of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to lease, for any period of
t~le, any real or personal property and to give options for sales, exchanges
or leases, for such prices and upon such tenns or conditions as are deemed proper.
(B) To compromise any claim or controversy.
(C) To exercise any option, right or privilege granted in insurance
policies or in other investments.
FIFTH: I direct that any and all inheritance, estate and transfer
taxes imposed upon illY estate passing under my Will or othel'\~ise shall be paid
out of the principal of my residuary estate.
SIXTH: I nominate and appoint illY son, ROBERT G. l'lAGAN, Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament. I hereby relieve my Executor from the necessity
of posting security in cOlmection with his duties as such in any jurisdiction in
which he may be called upon to act insofar as I am able by law to do so,

GENERAL INHERITANCE TAX INFORMATION
Unsatisfied liabilities incurred by the decedent prior to his/her death are deductible against his/her taxable estate.
In addition to debts incurred by the decedent or estate, other items are claimable including the cost of administration,
attorney fees, fiduciary fees, funeral and burial e~,pen5es including the cost 01 a burial lot, tombstone or grave marker.
All debts being claimed against an estate are subject to the approval 01 the Register of Wills with whom the
Inheritance Tax Return is liled. Evidence to support the decedent's or the estate's liability lor the debts being claimed
should be attached to this schedule.
A family exemption 01 $2,000 may be claimed by a spouse 01 a decedent who died domiciled in Pennsylvania.
If there is no spouse, or if the spouse has lorfeited his/her rights, then any child 01 the decedent who is a member of
the same household can claim the exemption. In the event there is no such spouse or child, the exemption can be
claimed by a parent or parents who are members 01 the same household as the decedent. The family exemption is
allowable only against assets which pass by a will or by the Pennsyivania Intestate Laws.

Mildred D. Hagan, deceased, having been confirmed by the Court, on
1981, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the real estate hereinafter described be and the
same is hereby awarded to Robert G. Hagan, single ]'6rson, his heirs and assigns:
ALL that certain tract of land situate in the Borough of New Cumberland,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described
as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at the point formed by the intersection of the easterly line of Poplar
Avenue with the southerly line of Fifth Street; thence in an easterly direction
along Fifth Street forty-nine (49) feet to a point on Beech Avenue; thence in
a southwardly direction along the westerly line of Beech Avenue, seventy-five
(75) feet to a point; the>-Ilce in a westwardly direction along a line parallel
with the southerly line of Fifth Street eighty-nine and seventy-t\\u hundredths
(89.72) feet, more or less, to Poplar Avenue; thence in a northerly direction
along the easterly line of Poplar Avenue eighty-five and thirty-nine hundredths
