LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF EDITH V. KAUFFMAN
I, EDITH V. KAUFFMAN, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this
my last Will and Testament.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses
as soon after my decease as the same can be conveniently done.
2.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, real, personal and mixed and wheresoever situate, to
my children, share and share alike.
3.
For the purpose of facilitating the administration and distribution
of my estate, I hereby authorize and empower my Executor hereinafter
named, to sell any and all real estate which I may own at the time of
my decease, at either public or private sale or sales.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and apPOint my son, Donald E.
Kauffman, Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
