6. SAMUEL REUBEN FROCK, SR., under the terms of his Last Will and
Testament, gave, devised and bequeathed his entire estate to ISABEL $, MACLAY. Mark-
ings on the Last Will and Testament of SAMUEL REUBEN FROCK, SR., indicate that the
bequest was voided on June 19, 1979; however, a formal interpretation of decedent's
action in voiding the bequest is unnecessary since the said ISABEL S. MACLAY died
on August 26, 1979, thereby predeceasing the said decedent, SAMUEL REUBEN FROCK,
SR, A copy of the death certificate of ISABEL S. MACLAY is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "C", and made a part hereof.
7. Under the terms of the Last Will and Testament, upon the death of
ISABEL S. r~ACLAY, all the estate of SAMUEL REUBEN FROCK, SR" was devised and be-
queathed to KERSEY W, ROGERS and MADALENE I. ROGERS.
8. On January 22, 1980, the said KERSEY W. ROGERS and MADALENE I.
ROGERS executed a Mutual Release and Renunciation under the terms of which they
released and relinquished "any and all claims, interests, actions in law or

Petitioner. Inheritance tax due on jointly owned assets described in Paragraph

14. After payment of all the known debts of the Estate, including
inheritance taxes the sum of One Thousand Thirty-two Dollars and ElevenCents($1,032:11)
remains for distribution to your Petitioner.
