I, TORRENCE EUGENE lVEAVElt, of the Township of East Pel1nsboro,
memory and understanding, do maim, publish and declare this as and for my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and malting null and void all Wills
and Testaments, or writings in the nature thereof by me at anytime hereto-
fore made.
FIRST: I direct my Executors, hereinafter named, to pay all my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be
done.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my property real,
personal and/or mixed of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate to my
wife, Audrey B. Weaver (also known as Audra B, Weaver) forever and absolutely.
THIRD: If my said wife predeceases me, I give, devise and bequeath

certain of my furniture, furnishings, books, silverware, jewelry, pictures
of art, automobiles, and other domestic and household effects and personal
goodS, unto those persons named in a memorandum which I shall leave with my
Will, Any and all of said property not referred to in said memorandum, I
direct my Executors to distribute the same, in their discretion, to my son
and grandchildren, so that each receives those items of approximate equal
value, most useful to each individual. Any of said property, not desired by

my son and grandchildren shall be disposed of at public or private sale
and the proceeds included with the remainder of my estate, to be divided as
hereinafter directed,
FOURTH: If my said wife predeceases me, I direct my Executors to
divide the shares of American Telephone and Telegraph Company stock and the
shares of International Telephone and Telegraph Company stock, which make up
a part of my estate, each into as many equal parts as there are children and
grandchildren of mine, surviving me, so that each ~'ill receive an equal block
of shares of each of these stoel,s, as a part of his share of my estate, as
hereinafter provided, and I give, devise and bequeath one of each said
equal parts tUlto my son, Hiehard Eugene Weaver. Should such an equal div-
ision of the shares of these stocl,s create fractional shares of stock, I
direct that these fractional shares of stock be included in the block or
blocks of shares of stock, given to my Bon, Hichnrd Eugene Weaver.
I direct my Executors to sell at public or private sale all the
rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate and to divide the proceeds into
as many equal parts as there are children and grandchildren of mine survi v-
ing me and I give, devise and bequeath one of said equal parts unto my son,
Richard Eugene Weaver.
The other equalrarts, herein created, including the other equal
parts of the shares of American Telephone and Telegraph Company stock and
the other equal parts of the shares of International Telephone and Telegraph
Company stock, I give, devise and bequeath U11to my Trustee, hereinafter
named, to be held, managed and distributed unto the then surviving grand-
children of mine upon the attainment of the age of twenty-five (25) years
by each grandchild for whom said part was created.
Each equal part of the Trust Estate herein created shall forthwith
cease, end and determine upon the attainment of the age of twenty-five (25)
years by the grandchild for whom said part was created. If said grandchild
die before the termination of the Trust, as herein provided, the principal
and accumulated income of said equal part shall be divided into equal parts
between my son, Richard Eugene Weaver, and the then living grandchildren.
FIFTH: I hereby give and grant to my Executors and Trustee,
hereinafter named, in each capacity, the following powers and authority:
A. To divide and distribute my estate or any trust created
hereby, whenever it is required or permitted, and the judgment of my Execu-
tors and Trustee shall be conclusive and final upon the beneficiaries;
D. To retain the principal or corpus, or any part thereof,
of my estate or any trust created hereby in form of cash.

Unsatisfied liabilities incurred by the decedent prior to his/her death ore deductible against his/her taxable
estate. In addition to debts incurred by the decedent or estate, other items ore claimable including the cost of
administration, attorney fees, fiduciary fee", funeral and burial expenses including the cost of 0 burial lot, tombstone
or grove marker and other related burial expenses.
All debts being claimed against on estate ole subject to the approval of the Register of Wills with whom the
Inheritance Tax Return.isJilcd. Evidence to support the decedent's or the estute's liability .for~the debts being

Inheritance Tax, other than tax on a future interest, is due at the date of the decedent's death and becomes
delinquent at the expiration of nine (9) months after the decedent's death (72 p,g, 9 2485-711). Inheritance
Tax on a future interest is payable within three (3) months after the transfer takes effect in possession and
enjoyment and is delinquent thereafter (i2 P.S. S 2485.712), Calculate interest from the delinquent date shown
