LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
THEODORE L. PREUN
I, THEODORE L. PREON, of Highland Park, Lower Allen Township,
CUmberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my will and
hereby revoke all prior wills and codicils made by me.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid 'as soon after my death as shall be practicable.
SECOND: All property which I own or over which I hold a
power of appointment at my death, of whatever nature and wherever
situated, I bequeath, devise and appoint to my wife, Florence G.
Preun, if she survives me. If she does not survive me, I bequeath,

devise, and appoint all of said property equally among my children,
Marie D. Hertig, Ruth M. Jarrett, Theodore P. Preun and Louis G.
Preun, if they survive me. If any of said children should not sur-
vive me, his share under this will shall be divided per stirpes among
those of his issue who survive me, or, if there are no such issue,
it shall be given to ,the surviving chlldI'en or, if none of said
children are living at my death, it shall be divided per stirpes
among those of their issue who survive them.
THIRD: I grant to my executor the following powers, in
addition to such powers as it may hold by law:
(a) To invest any funds of my estate in any
stocks, bonds, notes or other securities or property,
real or personal, notwithstanding that such invest-
ment may not be of the character allowed to executors
by statute or general rules of law, it being my
fit

intention to give it the broadest investment powers
possible.
(b) To sell or otherwise dispose of any property,
real or personal, at any time forming a part of my
estate, for cash or upon credit, in such manner and
on such terms and conditions as it may deem best,
and no person dealing with it shall be bound to see
to the application of any money paid.
(c) To manage, operate, repair, improve, mort-
gage or lease for any term any real estate at any time
held or owned by my estate.
(d) To borrow money for the payment of taxes
or for other proper purposes in the administration
of my estat e.
(e) To distribute in cash or in kind upon any
division or distribution of my estate.
(f) In general, to exercise all powers in the
management of my estate which any individual could exer-
cise in the management of similar property owned in his
own right, upon such terms and conditions as to it
may seem best, and to execute and deliver all instru-
ments and to do all acts which it may deem necessary
or proper to carry out the purposes of this my will.
FOURTH: If any taker under this will is a minor at the
time of such taking, I authorize my executor to retain the share,
of such beneficiary during his minority and to payor apply all or
any part of the income or principal of such share to the use or
benefit of such minor as it may at its discretion determine. When
