of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to he
my Last Will and revoke any Will previously made hy me.
ITEM I: I direct that all I11Y just dehts and funeral ex-
penses including my gravc marker shall he paid from the assets of
my estate as soon as practicable after my decease.
ITEM II: I givc and bequeath my personal property and
household goods to I11Y childrcn living at the til11e of my death, to
be divided among them as they may agree, but in the event no agree-
ment is reached, thc same shall be sold by I11Y hereinafter named
Executors,
ITEM III: I give and bequeath the SUI11 of One Hundred
($100.00) Dollars each to my grandchildren, Mildred .Toan Kuntz,
John Edward Kuntz, and Debra Lee Kuntz.
ITEM IV: I devise and bequeath the residue of my
estate, of every nature and wherever situate, in equal shares to
my four children, namely; Mary V. Day, George W. Keck, Lester J.
Kuntz and Esther A. Sheaffer, their heirs and assigns forever.
ITE/.l V: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed
in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever
jurisdiction imposed, shall he paid from my residuary estate as a
part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
ITEM VI: I appoint my four children, or the survivors
thereof, Executors of this my Last Will.
ITEM VI1: I direct that I11Y personal representatives
shall not be required to give hond for the faithful performance of
their duties in any jurisdiction,

I, ROSIE E, KUNT2, of 44 East Louther Street, Borough
of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be
my Last Will and revoke any Will previously made by me,
ITEM I: I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
pens~s including my grave marker shall be paid from the assets of
my estate as soon as practicable after my decease,
ITEM II: I give and bequeath my personal property and
household goods to my children living at the time of my death, to
be divided among them as they may agree, but in the event no agree-
ment is reached, the same shall be sold by my hereinafter named
Execu tors,
ITEM III: I give and bequeath the sum of One Hundred
($100.00) Dollars. each to my grandchildren, Mildred Joan Kuntz,
John Edward Kuntz, and Debra Lee Kuntz.
ITEM IV: I devise and bequeath the residue of my
estate, of every. nature and wherever situate, in equal shares to
my four children, namely; Mary V, Day, George W, Keck, Lester J.
Kuntz and Esther A, Sheaffer, their heirs and assigns forever,
ITEM V: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed
in consequence of my death, of whatever nature arid by whatever
jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a
part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
ITEM VI: I appoint my four children, or the survivors
thereof, Executors of this my Last Will,
