Company any bonds, undertakings, policies, contracts of indemnity or other writings obligatory in the nature of a bond,
which the Company might execute through its duly elected officers, and affix the seal of the Company thereto. Any said
execution of sur.h documents by an Attorney.in.Fact shall be as binding upon the Compilny as if they had been duly
executed and acknowledged by the regularly elected officers of the Compilny. Any Attorney-in.Fact, so appointed, may

PETITION TO WAIVE THE FILING OF ADDITIONAL SECURITY
1. Elsworth Rufus Wintermyer who resided at 162 12th
Street, Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
died intestate on the 31st day of March, 1965,
2, Letters of Administration were granted to your
Petitioner on April 29, 1980, by the Register of Wills of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania,
3, An inventory was filed with the Court on July 23rd, 198~
setting forth that decedent died seized of one piece of real estate
to wit: 162 12th Street, Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, consisting of certain tract or parcel of land
with improvements thereon erected in the Borough of New Cumberland,
in the County of Cumberland, and State of Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern side of Twelfth Street, formerly
Washington Street, which point is sixty-two (62) feet more or less
eastwardly from a sixteen (16) feet wide alley, and which point is
also in the eastern line of premises now or lately owned by Earnest
Geistwhite; thence eastwardly along the southern line of Twelfth
Street, formerly Washington Street, twenty-four (24) feet more or

less to a point in the line of other lands of the said Francis R,
Fencil; thence southwardly along the said other lands of Francis R,
Fencil, one hundred and thirty-five (135) feet more or less to a
fifteen (15) feet wide alley; thence westwardly along the northern
line of said fifteen (15) feet wide alley, twenty-four (24) feet
more or less to a point; and thence northwardly along premises now
or late of Earnest Geistwhite, and through the center of the
partition wall between the dwelling house reected on the premises
herein described and the other one-half of said double dwelling house,
now or formerly owned by Earnest Geistwhite as aforesaid, one
hundred and thirty-five (135) feet to Twelfth Street, formerly
Washington Street, the place of beginning. Having thereon erected
the eastern one-half of a double frame dwelling house,
4, A Notice of Appraisement was filed on October 16, 1980,
setting forth the appraisement of the property located at 162 12th
Street, Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
at $22,000,00.
5, That on October 30, 1980, $695,09 was paid to the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County for the amount in full of
the Pennsylvania Inheritance and Estate Tax, pursuant to the receipt
attached hereto as Exhibit "A",
6, Your Petitioner entered into an Installment Sales
Agreement on June 6, 1980, pertaining to the aforesaid property with
Irvin M. Peifer and Jay R, Peifer, partners, trading and doing busines
as "Peifer Brothers", for the sum of $22,000,00 of which $7,500.00
had been paid, with the balance payable in monthly installments
of $131,77 until the full outstanding balance is due and payable on
September 6, 1981. A copy of the Installment Sales Agreement is
attached hereto as Exhibit "B",
7, Your Petitioner anticipates entering into an Agreement
