LAST HILL AND TI~STAMENT
I, MONROE I~. SHEAFFER, of Grea~()n, West pennsboro Town~hip,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former
wil~by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST. I direct all my just debts and uneral expenses including
all inheritance taxes to be fully paid and satisfied out of my
estate by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may
be done after my decease.
SECOND. I give devise, and bequeath all. my estate whatsover
and wherever situate unto my wife, Irene Sheaffer, to be hers
absolutely.
THIRD. In the event that my said wife and I should both die
as the result of a common disaster or if she should predecease me,
then in either of those events, then I hereby direct my Executors
hereinafter named to convert my entire Estae~ whatsoever and wherever
situate, into cash at either public or private sale or sales at the
best price or prices obtainable in their discretion, all except the
T. V., two radios, tape recorder and transister radio wHeh belong to my
soni George which is his separate property.
After my entire estate has been converted into cash, I give,
devise and bequeath my entire estate in six Equal shares to my six
children, share and share alil<e, or to thei.r issue, if any of them
should predecease me.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, Irene
Sheaffer, Executrix, if living and able to serve; otherwise, John

This assessment is made in accordanco with Section 708 of tho Inhorit3nca nnd Estate Tax Act of
1961172 P.S. ~ 2485.708).
To lhe oxtent that inheritance tax is paid within three (3) months after tho deBth of the decedent. a
discount of five (5) porcent is ellowed (72 P.S. S 2485.716).
Inheritance Tax, other than tax on a future interest, is due at the date of the decedent's death and becomes
delinquent at the expiration of nine (9) months after the decedent's death (72 P.S. 9 2485-711). Inheritance
Tax on a future interest is payable within three (3) months after the transfer takes effect in possession and
