ment.
If I do not predecease my wife, I make said hpquest to my children
living at the time of my death to be divided among them as th(~y shC'\ll

3. Provided my wifH, Annie Lee Tichy, shall survive me, I give and
bequeath tn my wife, Anni~~ Lep. Tichy, an amount equnl tn the maximum
marital deduction [lllowahl{~ under the Ferlcral Estate Tax L::nlls with
respect to my estate, less the value of property qualifying [or said
m~rital deduction which passes nr has Ilassed t:n my wife other than under

J. Kitner, his wife, by deed dated September 26, 1967 and recorded in
the cumberland county Recorder's Office in Deed Book "N", Vol. 22, Page
127, and being a part of the same premises which Earl Franklin Myers
and Marie Alice MyerS, his wife, by deed dated July 24, 1967 and
recorded in said Recorder's office in Deed Book "K", Vol. 22, Page 976,
and also being a part of the same premises which Matthew D. Shaffer
