I, MARGARET G. R. BARNITZ, of Dickinson Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses
as soon after my death as will be convenient to my Executors here-
inafter named.
2. I give and bequeath to my son-in-law, David Lillich, Jr.,
the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) in apprecia-
tion of the many kindnesses which he has done for me.
3. I give and bequeath to my grandson, David Lillich, III,
the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00).
4. I give and bequeath the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) to the Farmers Trust Company, IN TRUST, NEVERTHELESS,
to pay the income to my sister, Janet R. Lindsay, so long as she
may live. upon the death of my sister the Trust shall terminate
and the principal shall go to Janet or, if she is not then living
to David Lillich, III.
5. I give to Miss Dorothy R. Gustafson the sum of Five
Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), on condition that she survives me.
6. I give and bequeath to my sister-in-law, Helen Hering, the
sum of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars ($2500.00).
7. I give to my friend, Austra Treicis, the sum of One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
8. I give to my friend, Violet Ramp, the sum of One Thousand
Dollars ($1,000.00)
9. All of the above bequests are made with the intention that
they be tax free and that all Inheritance or Estate Taxes shall be
paid from my residuary estate.

DECREE AWARDING REAL ESTATE
AND NOW, to wit, this q~ day of March, 1982, the Account
having been confirmed and the Proposed Schedule of Distribution
awarding an undivided one-third interest of the real estate, in kind,
to BARBARA G. B. LILLICH, having been approved, the fOllowing
described real estate is hereby awarded to BARBARA G. B. LILLICH:
AN undivided one-third interest in and to ALL THAT certain
parcel of land situate in the Township of South Middleton, county of
Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Carlisle-Hanover
Turnpike; thence along lands formerly of Philip Mathews, South 78
degrees East, 558 feet, more or less; thence along lands now or late
of Walter E. Scott and wife, South 11 degrees 35 minutes West, 838
feet, more or less, to a point on lands of the Munroe Estate; thence
by the same, North 80 degrees West, 533.6 feet to a point in the
center line of the Carlisle-Hanover Turnpike; thence by the same,
North 09 degrees 30 minutes East, 956 feet, more or less, to a point,
the place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises which Hermie Wertz Barnitz, widow, by
deed dated October 24, 1960, and recorded in the Cumberland County
Recorder's Office in Deed Book "F", Vol. 12, Page 434, granted and
conveyed to Margaret G. R. Barnitz.
THE Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County is directed
to record a certified copy of this Decree and index the Decree as a
conveyance from the Estate of Margaret G. R. Barnitz, Deceased, to
Barbara G. B. Lillich.

Unsatisfied liBbilities incurred by the decedent prior to his/her death are deductible against his/her taxable Bstate.
In addition to debts incurred by the decedent or estate, other items are claimable including the CDSt Df administration,
attorney fees, fiduciary fees, funerai and burial expenses including the cost of a burial lot, tombstDne or grave marker.
All debts being claimed against an estate are subject to the approval of the Register of Wills with whom thB
Inheritance Tax Return is filed. Evidence to support the decedent's or the estate's liability for the debts being claimed
should be attached to this schedule.
A family exemption of $2,000 may be claimed by a spouse of a decedent who died domiciled in Pennsylvania.
If there is no spouse. or if the spouse has fDrfeited his/her rights, then any child of the decedent who is a member of
the same household can claim the exemption. In the event there is no such spouse or child. the exemption can be
claimed by a parent or parents WhD are members of the same household as the decedent. The family exemption is
allowable only against assets which pass by a will or by the Pennsylvania Intestate Laws.

5. TAX RATES
Inheritance Tax is payable at the rate of 6% on transfers to lineal descend<lnls, such <IS fathel, mother, husband, wife,
son, daughter, grandchildren, grandparent, son-in-law and daughter-in-law and at the rate of 15% as to all others.
6. PAYMENT OF TAX
The tax assessed on the transfer of property reported in tile return is due 9 IIl0nths after the decedent's death. Interest
at the rate of 6% per annum accrues thereafter until payment is made. All p<lYlllents received are first applied to any
interest which may be due with any remainder applied to the tax. IF TAX IS PAID WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE
DECEDENT'S DEATH, A DISCOUNT OF 5% OF THE TAX PAYMENT IS ALLOWED.
All checks should be made payable to the Register of Wills of the counly wherein the decedent resided and are
received subject to the final determination of the Department of Revenue.
7. FAILURE TO PAY
The taxes imposed, together with any interest thercon, are a lien upon real properly, which lien remains in effect until
the taxes and interesll1ave been paid in full. The taxes IIlay be sued for <lgainst any lCal property in the decedent's
estate or against any property belonging to a transferee liable lor the tax.

Any person who willfully makes a false return or reporllequiredof him shall. in accordance with Section 793 of the
