expenses as soon as convenient after my decease.
B. Inheritance and Estate Taxes
I direct that all inheritance and estate taxes
imposed by reason of my death be paid from the residue of my
estate as if the same were my personal debts.
c. Minority and Appointment of Guardians
If any beneficiary hereunder is a minor, my Execu-
tors shall distribute whatever share or estate sueh minor other-
wise would be entitled to receive under the dispositive provisions
hereof to the parents or surviving parent of such mLnor who shall
hold the same as Guardians or Guardian for said minor. Said
Guardians or Guardian shall use and apply such amount and amounts
of the principal and income thereof as they, she or he shall con-
sider necessary and proper for the support, maintenance, medical
care and education (including education at institutions of higher
or special learning) of such minor, accumulating any income not
needed for these purposes.
D. Powers of Executors and Guardians
In addition to powers granted by law, my Executors
and the Guardians or Guardian appointed hereunder shall have the
following powers:
1. Sale, etc. To sell at public ur private sale,
exchange or lease for any period of time, any real or personal
property and to give options for sales or leases.
2. Investments. To retain any of my property and
to invest and reinvest in any fOllm of property without being
limited to legal investments and without regard to any principle

B. Inheritance and Estate Taxes
I direct that all inheritance and estate taxes
imposed by reason of my death be paid from the residue of my
estate as if the same were my personal debts.
C. Minority and Appointment of Guardians
If any beneficiary hereunder is a minor, my Execu-
tors shall distribute whatever share or estate such minor other-
wise would be entitled to receive under the dispositive provisions
hereof to the parents or surviving parent of , such minor who shall
hold the same as Guardians or Guardian for said minor. Said
Guardians or Guardian shall use and apply such amount and amounts
of the principal and income thereof as they, she or he shall con-
sider necessary and proper for the support, maintenance, medical
care and education (including education at institutions of higher
or special learning) of such minor, accumulating any income not
needed for these purposes.
D. Powers of Executors and Guardians
In addition to powers granted by law, my Executors
