Your petitioners, Louis M. Werdebach, administrator of the
estate of Louis R. Werdebach, deceased, respectfully represent
as follows:
I. That Louis R. Werdebach, of Upper Frankford Township,
Cumberland County, pennsy 1 vania, died intestate on January 21,
1980, survived by his spouse, one son and one daughter as his
sole heirs at law.
2. That your petitioner was duly appointed and qualified as
administrator of the estate on May 16, 1980, by action of the
Register of Hills for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. That a bond in the principal amount of' 'l'welve Thousand
Dollars ($l2,000.00) on which the United States Fidelity and
Guaranty Company was the surety, was filed on May l6, 1980.
4. That the total value of the personal estate of the decedent
which has come into and remains in the hands of the administrator
of the estate is One Thousand Ninety-six and 03/100 dollars ($1,096.03)
of the Probate, Estat"s and Fiduclar-Ies Code (20 Pa. C.S.A. 3351),
5. That in pur-suance of the authority gr-anted in Section 3351
the administrator- has entered into agreerr~nts to sell portions of
