LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF KENNETH M. ICKES
I, Kenneth M. Ickes, of the Borough of Shiremanstown,
County of Cumberland and Statc of Pcnnsylvania, being of sound
mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me
heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid by my Executrix, hereinafter named, as soon as possible
after my decease.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath
to my wife, June W. Ickes, providing she shall survive my
death by sixty (60) days.
THIRD: Should my wife, June W. Ickes, predecease me or
fail to survive my death by sixty (60) days, then I give,
devise and bequeath said residue and remainder of my estate
to my two (2) children, namely, Kenneth B. Ickes and Kathy C.
Daley, share and share alike.
FOURTH; My personal representatives shall have the follow-
ing powers in addition to those vested in them by law and by
other provisions of my will, applicable to all property, in-
cluding property held for minors, whether principal or income,
exercisable without court approval and effective until actual
distribution of all property:
1) To retain any or all of the assets of my estate,
real or personal, without regard to any principle of diversifi-
cation, risk or productivity.
2) To sell at public or private sale or to lease for
any period of time, any real or personal property for such prices
and upon such terms or conditions as they deem proper.
3) To compromise any claim or controversy.

This assessment is made in accordanco with Section 708 of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act of
1961172 P.S. 9 2485.7081.
To the oxtent that inheritance tax is paid within three 131 months after the death of the decedent. a
discount of five 151 percent is allowed 172 P.S. 9 2485-7161.
Inheritance Tax, other than tax on a future interest. is due at the date of the decedent's death and becomes
delinquent at the expiration of nine (9) months after the decedent's death (72 P.S. 9 2485-711). Inheritance
Tax on a future interest is payable within three (3) months after the transfer takes effect in possession and
enjoyment and is delinquent thereafter (72 P.S. 9 2485-712). Calculate interest from the delinquent date shown
on the face of this form to the date of actual payment using the following interest table:
