Dear Bob:
I am writing to you in my capacity as Solicitor for the
Clerk of the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County. Recently,
the Clerk received a copy of the Ceritifcation of John G.
Heimann, Comptroller of the Currency, relative to the merger
of The First National Bank of Shippensburg and The Common-
wealth National Bank. I would appreciate it if you would
advise me as to where this Certification is to be recorded.
Apparently, you indicated to the Clerk that this was to be
recorded in the Orphans' Court dockets. I would appreciate
it if you would give me some statutory authority for this.
I await your reply.

Dear Bob:
This is to advise that the Clerk of the Orphans' Court
has recorded the Certificate of the Comptroller of Currency
certifying the merger of The First National Bank of Shippens-
burg into the Commonwealth National Bank. The Certificate
of Merger has been indexed in the Estate Index and has been
given a separate file number. Hopefully, this now concludes
the matter.
