convey all, or any part of my estate. real, personal, and mixed. of which I may
die seized and possessed. or to which I may be entiUed at the time of my death. at
public or private sale, at such times and upon such terms and conditions as they
shall deem meet and proper, and to execute. acknowledge and deliver all necessar
papers. writings, deeds of conveyance and transfers therefor. for the purpose
of executing the provisions of this my Will.
ARTICLE XXII
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint United Virginia Bank/Nation
Valley and Vivion Conger LeBow, and the survivor of them. Executors of this my
Last Will and Testament. and I request that no security be required of either of
them upon their official bond.
