_.M., E. D. S.'f., it appearing to the COUl't (1.) that in accordance with
the Preliminary Decree datecl June 3, 1980, a Citation was duly issued
by the Clerk of this Court on June 5, 1980, and duly served (together
with a copy of the preceding Petition) upon thc alleged incompetent,
Wilbur Roy Barlulill, on June 10, 1980 (see Affidavit of Service filed
herein); (2) that notice of the heal'ing fixed for June 27, 1980, was
duly made to the next of kin in accordance with said Citation (see
Affidavit of Service filed herein); (3) that a hearing on the Petition
herein was held Dn June 27, 1980, in accordance with the Preliminary
Decree and Ci'tation at \vhich time the Petitioners therein appeared in
person together with their Attorney, Richard C. Snelbaker, Esquire;
(If) that at said hearing the Court received the testimony of Robert
Stahl, M.D. as to the physical and mental condition of the alleged
incompetent; (5) that the alleged incDmpetent Ivas not present at said
hearing and that the medical testimony of Dr. Stahl indicated that the
presence of the alleged incompetent at said hearing would have been
detrimental to his general health and that his welfare would not have
been promoted by his presence at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, upon consideration of the Petition heretofore
presented and the testimony received thereon, and upon motion Df the

o'clock,
motion of SNELBAKER, McCALEB & ELICKER, and it appearing: (1) that all
parties interested in the estate of said Incompetent have joined in
the prayer of said Petition and tha t, therefore, no hea ring is required
on said Petition; (2) that the proposed consideratiDn for the sale of
said real estate ($31,000.00) is more than can be obtained at a public
sale thereof; (3) that it is in the best interest of the Incompetent's
estate to convert said real estate into cash and to eliminate the
future maintenance and responsibility for said premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the
Guardian, the First Bank and Trust Company of Mechanicsburg, pennsylvan a,
is authorized and empowered to sell the real estate more fully describe
in said Petition (being known genet'ally as 114 South Chestnut Street
in the Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania)
by private sale and to join with Pearl E. Barnhill, wife of the
IncDmpetent herein, in a deed containing a clause of special or'
fiduciary warranty, to Viki E. Stremmel in return fDr the gross price
or consideration of $31,000.00 in cash, said Guardian being further

Ll. That the said Incompetent and Pearl E. Barnhill are the
owners as tenants by the entireties of a certain lot of ground, dwell-
ing house and garage building known and numbel'ed as llL~ South Chestnut
Street in the Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
said ownership being evidenced by a deed from George F. Orris and
Grace R. Orris, his wife, dated August 17, 1956, and recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Penn-
sylvania, on the same date in Deed Book ~ I", Volume 17, Page lJ.25, a
true and correct copy of which deed is attached hereto marked
Exhibit "c" and incorporated herein by reference thereto.
5. That immediately prior to the development of the Incompetent's
incompetency, the said Pearl E. Barnhill and the Incompetent had
planned to sell said real estate and had l.isted it for sale through
a real estate broker, intending to relocate their hDme at the pl'esent
residence of pead E. Barnhill, said intention being frustrated only
by the medical matters l'esulting in said incDmpetency.
6. That it appears almost certain that the said Incompetent will
require institutional care for the remainder of his lifetime.
7. That the said Pearl E. Ba1'l1hil.l has relocated the marital
home at the above l'ecited addl'ess, said premises being leased.
8. 'rhat said real estate is unoccupied and is no longel' necessary
for the use of said Incompetent and Pearl E. Ba1'l1hill and it is not
