I, FLOYD T. Gl~'fTLl~, or fi4 West Main Street, in the Borough of
Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this
as and for my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any
and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct my hereinaftcr named Executrix to pay all of my just debts
and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be found convenient to
do so. I further direct that my body shall be interred on my burial lot in
Westminster Memorial Gardens located outside Carlisle, Pennsylvania and
that an appropriate marker be placed at my grave. The remaining burial
spaces on said lot are to be used for the interment of my wife and my daughte ,
Velva Alice Gettle.
2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and
mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and bequeat
to my wife, Bessie V. Gettle, her heirs and assigns, to the exclusion of my
children, born and unborn,
3, Should my said wife, Bessie V. Gettle, fail to survive me, then in
such event all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal
and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and
bequeath as follows:
(a) To my daughter, Velva Alice Gettle, I give, devise and bequeat
the house and lot of ground at 54 West Main Street in the Borough of Newville,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, together with the household goods located
therein, including all furnishings, dishes, utensils, and tableware, bedding
and linens;
(b) The balance or my estate I give, devise and bequeath in equal
shares to my Four (4) children, their heirs and assigns, the share of any de"
ceased child to pass to his or her issue per stirpes and if there be no issue of
a deceased child then such share shall lapse. My said Four (4) children

INSTRUCTIONS
To insure proper credit to your account, the name of the estate and lile number should be
clearly printed on the check or money order.
This determinotion and assessment is made in occordonce with Section 421 and Section 732
of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act of 1961,72 P.S. 2485-421,732.
The estate tax imposed by Section 421 is due at the date of the decedent's death but sholl
not become delinquent until the expiration of eighteen (18) months after decedent's death provided
that any estate tax occasioned by a linal change in the Federal Teturn or of the tax due thereon
shall not become delinquent until the expiration of one (1) month alter the person liable to pay
