I, S. LDUETT A EHNST, sil1gle woman, who now livc at the
Grayco Apartments, 115 North Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, hereby
declare this to be my Last Will and revoke all prior Wills and Codicils.
1. I bequeath all my savings at the lime of my decease in the
First Federal Savings al1d Loal1 Association of Harrisburg, including my
silver certificate No. 5383 for $3, 000. 00, to LAKESIDE LUTHEHAN
CI-IUHCH, which is now situate at No. 245 Division Street, Harrisburg,
Pel1nsyIvania.
2. I bequeath all my furniture, household goods, jewelry,
persol1a1 effects and tal1gib1e personal property of like nature to my nephew,
HAROLD L. ERNEST, JH., of Kl1oxville, Tennesee.
3. I devise al1d bequeath the residue of my Estate of every
nature al1d wherever situate to THE COMMONWEALTH NATIONAL BANK,
ha ving offices ill Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to be added to al1d thereafter
treated as a part of that certail1 inter vivos trust created by me today,
January 8, 1875, but executed before this Will, of which The
Commonwealth National Bank is Trustee, to have and to hold, IN TRUST,
for the uses and purposes and subject to the terms and provisions thereof,
including any alterations or amendments thereto, or any other inter vivos
trust which may hercafter be substitutcd therefor.
4. I appoint THE COMMONWEALTH NATIONAL BANK,
having offices in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, guardian ~f.any property
which passes, either under this Will or othcrwisc, to a minor al1d with
respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian and ha va not otherwise
specifically done so. Such guar'dian shall havc the power to use principal

as well as income from time to time for the minor.ls support al1d educatiol1
(including college education, both gr'aduatc and undergt'aduatc) without
regard to his or her parent's ability to provide for such support al1d
education, or to make paymel1t for these purposes, without further
responsibility, to the minor or to the minor's parel1t or to allY person
taking care of the millar, or to the educational institution the minor may
then be attending and to make distribution to the minor upon his or her
attaining the age of 2 I years.
5. I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence
of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed,
shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense of the
administration of my estatc.
6. All interests hereul1der, whether principal, income or
remainder, while undistributed and in the possession of any fiduciary
named herein, and even though vested or distributable, shall not be
subject to attachment, execution or sequestration for allY debt, contract,
obligation or liability of any bel1eficiary, and furthermore, shall not be
subject to pledge, assignment, conveyance or anticipation.
7. My personal representative, guardian, al1d their successors,
(fl shall have the following powers in addition to those vested in them by law
and by other provisiol1s of my Will, appEcable to all property, including
property held for minors, whether principal or il1come, exercisable
without court approval, and effective until actual distribution of all property:
(a). To retain any or all of the assets of my estate, real
or personal, without regard to any principle of diversification or
risk.
(Il). To invest in all forms of property, including stocks,
common trust funds al1d mortgage investment fUl1ds, without
restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduciaries,
as they deem proper, without regard to any principle of

PENNSYLVANIA INHERITANCE TAX GENERAL INFORMATION
1. PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN
Section 701 of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act 01196\ provides thnt lhe following persons shall prepare and file
a return:
a. The personal representative of the estate of the decedent as to property of the decedent administered by him
and such additional property which is or may be subject to Inheritance Tax of which he/she shall have or
aCQui re knowl edge;
b. The transferee of property upon the transfer of which Inheritance Tax is or may be imposed by the 1961 Statute,
including a trustee of property transferred in trust, provided that no separate return need be made by the transferee
of property included in the return of a personal representative.

The return is to be filed in duplicate with the Register of Wills of the county wherein the decedent resided,
3. TIME FOR FILING
2. PLACE FOR FILING
The return is due nine months after the decedent's death, unless an extension for filing has been applied for and
granted by the Secretary of Revenue within the nine-month period.
4. FAILURE TO FILE RETURN
Section 791 01 the 1961 Statute provides that" . . .any person who willfully fails to file a return or other report
required of him. . .shall be personally liable. . .to a penalty of 25% of the tax ultimately found to be due or $1,000
whichever is the lesser to be recovered by the Department of Revenue as debts of like amount are recoverable by
law."
5. TAX RATES
Inheritance Tax is payable at the rate of 6%on transfers to lineal descendants, such as father, mother, husband, wife,
son, daughter, grandchildren, grandparent, son-in-law and daughter-in.law and at the rate of 15% as to all others.
6. PAYMENT OF TAX
The tax assessed on the transfer of property reported in the return is due 9 months after the decedent's death. Interest
at the rate of 6% per annum accrues thereafter until payment is made. All payments received are first applied to any
interest which may be due with any remainder applied to the tax. IF TAX IS PAID WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE
DECEDENT'S DEATH, A DISCOUNT OF 5% OF THE TAX PAYMENT IS ALLOWED.
All checks should be made payable to the Register of Wills of the county wherein the decedent resided and are
received subject to the final determination of the Department of Revenue.
7. FAILURE TO PAY
The taxes imposed, together with any interest thereon, are a lien upon real plOperty, which lien remains in ellect until
the taxes and interest have been paid in full. The taxes may be sued for against any real property in the decedent's
estate or against any property belonging to a transferee liable for the tax.
Any person who willfully makes a false return or report required 01 him shall, in accordance with Section 793 of the
1961 Statute, be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shail be sentenced to pay a line not exceeding
$1,000 or undergo imprisonment not exceeding one year or both.

Donald R. Erl1st, Co-Executors of the Estate of S. Louetta Ernst, deceased,
covering their admil1istration of said Estate. in accordance with Section 7188
of the Pennsylvania Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, and notice of
the filing of this proposed Schedule of Distribution. al1d of its call for audit
has been given to every unpaid c1aimal1t who has given notice of his claim to
the Trustee or its attorney of record and to every other person known to the
accountant to have an interest in said trust estate. A copy of the Last Will of
S. Louetta Ernst is also attached. There is no balance for distribution in her
Estate, distribution having already been made therein as shown by the annexed
Account of the Executors of her Estate. Since there was 110 savings of S.
Louetta Ernst in the First Federal Savings and Loal1 Association of Harrisburg
at the time of her decease, the legacy to Lakeside Lutheran Church was not
paid out of her Estate but the remaindermen of the trust assigned part of their
