I, CLAHA C. KEIFER, of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania,
hereby declare this to be my last Will and revoke all Wills which I have
previously made.
I. I give, devise anel bequeath my entire estate, of whatever nature
and wheresoever situateel, to my husband, CHHISTlAN P. KEIFER, if he

2. In the event that any of my said children should not be living at
the time of the death of the survivor of my hU3band, Christian P. Keifer,
and myself, then I give his share to his issue then living per stirpes. If any
of my children should not be living at the time of the death of the survivor
of my husband, Christian P. Keifer, and myself, and not have any issue
then living, then the share of said child shall be divided in the same manner
as the remainder of my estate.
3. Any share of my residuary estate which becomes distributable to
a minor shall be held in trust by my Executrices during minority. They
shall apply such amounts of income and principal as they, in their sole
discretion, deem proper for the support, education and welfare of such
minor and shall accumulate any unexpended balance of income. Such
amounts may be applied directly or may be paid to the person with whom
such minor resides or who has the eare or control of such minor, without
the intervention of a gltardian.
4, All principal and income shall, until actual distribution to the
beneficiary, be free of the debts, contracts, alienations and anticipations

CODICIL TO LAST WILL OF CLARA C. KEIFER
I, CLARA C. KEIFER, formerly of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania,
who now live at No. 529 Market Street, Lemoyne, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be the sole Codicil to my Last Will dated February
6, t 959.
1. I hereby revoke Item 1 of my Last Will of February 6, 1959, and in
lieu thereof provide as follows:
"1. (a). I give, devise and bequeath my entire Estate of
whatever nature and wheresoever situate to my husband, CHRISTIAN
P. KEIFER, if he survives me by sixty days.
(b). If my husband, Christian P. Keifer, predeceases me
or is not living on the 61 st day after my decease, then I give, devise
and bequeath my entire estate as follows:
(1). I devise my property No. 529 Market Street,
Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to my daughter,
JOANNE LORENE KEIFER, if she survives me by sixty days.
(2). I give, devise and bequeath the residue of
my estate as aforesaid to my five children, JOHN C. KEIFER,
NANCY L. KIRKPATRICK, MARY ANNE RYAN, JOANNE LORENE
KEIFER, and CHRISTIAN P. KEIFER, JR., in equal shares."
2. In all other respects, I hereby ratify, confirm and republish my
Last Will dated February 6, 1959, together with this sole Codicil, as and for
my Last Will.
