I, DANIEL W. BOUDER, of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understandi,ng,
do make, publish and declare this as and for my last will and
testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST. I direct that my funeral expenses be paid out of
the proceeds of my life insurance which is payable to my daughter
Mildred F. Raudabaugh and the balance thereof, if any, shall be
divided between my children in equal shares, or their issue.
SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, real
and personal, to my children in equal shares, or their issue.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter,
Mildred F, Raudabaugh, Executrix, if living, otherwise my daughter,
Esther M. Goodhart, Executrix, of this my last will and testament,
and I direct that Henry L. Stuart, Esquire, be retained as the
attorney in the settlement of my estate due to his familiarity
with my affairs and business.
